Traineeship of 18 months
BUCH CONTACT offers an 18-month PR traineeship in our office in Freiburg.
We offer committed university graduates with internship experience (preferably in book publishing, journalism or in a PR agency) the opportunity to work actively in our teams and gain maximum PR experience. The traineeship offers the opportunity to familiarize yourself fundamentally with all areas of media and public relations work of an agency and to gain intensive insights into the publishing industry. Our traineeship is a paid permanent position. Further training (in-house and from external providers) is financed. Continuing employment after completing the traineeship is possible and generally desirable.

Internship of 3 months
in the field of media and public relations
Exciting insights into the diverse world of press and public relations – that is exactly what an internship at BUCH CONTACT offers.
Since 1995, BUCH CONTACT has been responsible for PR for publishers, authors, museums, other cultural institutions and international book fairs with more than 20 project managers, in order to help them gain greater attention in the media. To this end, we maintain direct contact with journalists through our offices in Freiburg and Berlin and thus mediate editorial contributions and interviews.
Committed people get the chance to actively participate, get involved and get to know agency life step by step. In addition to agency office organization and assistant activities, tasks include creative work, minor research and writing social media posts. Our transparent and collegial way of working together allows to gain a maximum of experience. Commitment is rewarded with comprehensive industry knowledge.
The internship consists of 40 hours per week, takes place in our Freiburg office (alternatively our office in Berlin), is remunerated and can be completed as part of a compulsory internship / respectively during the study period.
